# Get current customer

GET https://api.givechariot.com/fdx/v6/customers/current

Get the organization-level identity for the current authenticated customer. Returns org-level data (nonprofit name, EIN, address). Individual control-person data is excluded because consent is org-level.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — OAuth 2.0 Bearer token. The FDX API is read-only and requires the read_only scope. See the Authentication page for token exchange details.

- `customerId` (string, required) — Unique identifier for the customer
- `name` (PersonName, required) — A person's name.
- `type` (enum, required) — Type of customer
  - Allowed values: `BUSINESS`, `INDIVIDUAL`
- `taxId` (string, optional) — Tax identification number (e.g., EIN)
- `addresses` (list of AccountAddress, optional)
- `businessCustomer` (BusinessCustomer, optional) — Business customer information.
