Mail Items

A Mail Item is a single piece of physical mail received at one of your Lockboxes. Each Mail Item carries the scans of what arrived — the envelope, the check, any accompanying paperwork — and can produce one or more Donations and a Deposit.

Use Mail Items to:

• Track what physical mail you’ve received and its review status.
• Access the scanned images of the mail piece.
• Trace a Donation or Deposit back to the piece of mail it came from.
